Week of September 14

Parents of freshmen are invited to attend a Guidance Department workshop on 4 Year Planning to be held on Thursday, September 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium.  Topics will include course selections, college admissions, Bright Futures Scholarships, and other topics for freshmen.

The SADD/SWAT Chapter of JBHS will be hosting its first blood drive of the school year on 9/25 from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Class of 2012 meets every Monday at 7am. All freshmen students are welcome! 

There will be an NHS meeting for current members and students interested in joining on Monday, September 15^th from 3 - 3:30 in the media center.

The Guidance Department will be hosting a workshop for juniors, seniors and their parents on Interviewing Skills on Thursday, November 6 at 5:00 p.m. in the auditorium.

Underclassmen pictures will be taken in the JBHS Media Center on September 11 and 12.

You will be receiving a brochure and application to purchase accident insurance for your student for the 2008-09 school year. Please read the brochure carefully and give serious consideration to this insurance.

The Annual Cheesecake Fundraiser, sponsored by the JBHS Band and Guard, will commence on Tuesday, September 9.
