MONDAY/SEPTEMBER 8TH

 

 

HOSA meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 7:00 AM in room 203.  Homecoming and Fall Leadership Conference will be discussed.

 

 

Attention all debaters in the CLASS AND CLUB!

There will be a voluntary practice on TH for all debaters attending the ALL CONGRESS tournament on 9/20 at Cardinal Newman HS this week in room 230 immediately after school. The practice will begin promptly.  Please come prepared with speeches.

 If you are in the club and would like to learn the event, please attend.

 Don’t forget to turn in any dues, entry fees, or forms in order to avoid being dropped from the tournament at your expense.

 

 

There will be an Interact Meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 in room 225 at 3:00pm.  We will be discussing the Beach Clean Up and the upcoming homecoming events!!

 

Attention all students, The first full club FCA meeting will be on Wednesday (9/10) at 6:45 am in the gym lobby.

 

On September 16, Captain John Mirgeaux of the United States Navy, NROTC, will be visiting Jensen Beach High School. If you would like to talk to him about scholarship opportunities in the Navy, please sign up in the guidance office before Friday, September 5th.

 

DRAMA CLUB / ITS:

New and current members! Friendly reminder - please pay your club dues on or before the Sept. 10th meeting. The next meeting is Wednesday Sept. 10th 3 – 4 pm in room 127 auditorium. We will discuss homecoming plans / events and play some theatre games! If you missed the first meeting you can still sign up! See Ms. Dillon, or any drama club officer for more info!

 

Environmental Studies Center is having a student volunteer orientation/campus clean-up on Saturday, September 13th at the Center from 9:30 AM – Noon?

 

There will be an NHS meeting for all current members and students interested in joining NHS on Monday, September 15th from 3 - 3:30 in the media center. See Mrs. MacAllister in Rm. 133 with any questions.

 

Yearbooks are on sale now.  The price of the book is $60 until September 19.  Make sure you get yours before the price goes up.  Only 650 copies will be ordered this year.  Make sure you do not miss out!
