Please read our Donations Policy before delivering donated items to the Media Center.  You may print a copy of the JBHS Donations Policy Agreement and JBHS Donations Form to fill out in advance.  Donations may be dropped off anytime during regular Media Center Hours.  Please call in advance to ensure a member of the Media Center Staff will be available to meet you.

JBHS Media Center Donations Policy 

The Jensen Beach High School Media Center welcomes and encourages the donation of materials for consideration in the media collection.  Donated materials will be evaluated based on the media center’s selection criteria and the needs of the school.  The media specialist will determine the most appropriate use for donated materials.  Materials that are determined to be appropriate for school use may be included in the media collection, department collections, or individual classroom collections.  Materials not selected for collection inclusion will be offered to students or faculty members.  The media specialist always has the authority to use their discretion to dispose of any materials that are determined to be inappropriate for school use.  Donors must agree that the materials will be used in the manner the media specialist decides as the most appropriate.  Donors must also understand that the materials may be processed and stamped and can not be returned once accepted.  If you have any questions regarding donating materials to the media center you may contact a member of the media center staff.
